♦Every payment must be maybe through Paypal.♦ Clients are expected to pay a 5% waitlist fee within 48 hours of confirming their slots. This fee is non-refundable.♦Orders and reservations can be done by contacting me directly on Discord (Tanssy#1043) or Twitter (@TanssyArt) and email ([email protected])♦ Payment will be equally split in two, whereas the first billing will occur near pickup of the order and the second, near completion. - The waitlist fee will be deduced from the first invoice.♦ After finishing the work, I will only be sending the model files after payment has been fully made.♦ Unless for very special circumstances, such as me not being able to work with you again in a very long time, I will not provide the rigging project file for editing the rigging.♦ The decision to provide it or not the cmo3 will be always under my judgement;♦ In an attempt of good faith I will always try to implement ideas and suggestions given by the client. However, there might be cases in which I will refuse to do so in order to maintain the integrity of my work.♦ The result of the RIG can be used for commercial purposes (streaming, for example), but not for distribution or third-party transactions;♦Repurposing, redistributing, and or reselling the model is completely forbidden. If you wish to resell your model you are required to contact both me and the artist for permission.♦ Credits are required;♦ The deadline to delivering a rig is 120 days (maximum), from the moment it begins to when its finished, but it may vary depending on the complexity of the model;♦ Complete refund of money, when giving up the service, will only be given if I haven't started working on the model yet. After that, the chargeback is only from 50% (or less, depending on when I advanced in the model)♦ A refund cannot be issued when 2 weeks have passed since the commission was delivered;♦A refund cannot be issued when 2 weeks have passed since I have made corrections and revisions to the final work;♦A refund cannot be issued when the client has intentionally kept negative feedback and request for corrections to themselves during the whole commission process.♦A refund cannot be issued when the client needs the money back for other expenses♦ By commissioning me, you give me the right to post it and display it on any of my social medias.♦If the client wishes I can hold off releasing the model showcase till a stipulated date, at max 4 months after the final delivery, past that I’m free to use the model as a portfolio piece.
